I need a IP proxy program that will run on Windows. It will need to connect to my own servers/VPS. I tried setting up a simple proxy myself then using a program like proxifier to connect and use the IP as a proxy, and it worked for the most part, but only for some programs.. So this proxy needs to be very direct to make sure all applications running under it. I want a setup where the program will connect to the server and look for a IP not being used then use that as the proxy. If you are not familiar in this are and lack experience, please do not bid, I need someone who really knows what they are doing as this can be a tricky area to handle (networking). I am on a budget but will consider all offers above my budget.

Hi, I'm writing this as a part of my thesis. It is based on libevent and libssh2 and does a SOCKS5 proxy over SSH like ssh -D or PuTTy does. It then creates a VPN interface (made by OpenVPN), connects that to the tunnel and directs all chosen traffic into that VPN. I'm currently writing the Win32 frontend and hopefully will have a demo version for testing.
