This post is for a Washington D.C., Maryland or Virginia vulnerability/pen tester. I am putting together a last minute government proposal for a small semi-annual web vulnerability and pen test contract that is DUE FRIDAY afternoon. What I am looking for is someone who can write up the technical process, your hourly rate & estimated labor hours necessary to complete the assessment by the end of the day today (Thursday 17th). If you can do this, I will draft an agreement guaranteeing you the contract if Data MTI is awarded the bid.
