Fast easy money...copy a current site to build a new shopify site

Hi I'm looking for someone who can copy the design of [login to view URL] and set it up as a shopify site I can install to my shopify site. The only thing I will need changed is the removal of some elements and changing the color palette slightly. Please see attached image for more details. I want this done super simple and quick...no need for any design work, you just need to help me copy and paste the site. Thanks!
