Logo Design Needed - Clear Idea Already in place

I am looking for submissions for a logo design for a client. The client has already had logo's designed by another agency but was not happy with the idea's they submitted, I have attached the PDF file containing these to the project so you can see the level that needs to be exceeded. The client is fairly set on the theme of an "Old London Road Sign" - and also keen on the colour scheme of Black, White and Gold. They are particularly keen on having the company name in Gold. Its a fairly clear design brief but I will also be interested to see any different takes on the logo design that can enhance it from the logo's they have already seen but not been impressed with. I am available to answer and questions at anytime so please feel free to ask. Once all logo's have been submitted, they will be passed onto the client who will choose their preferred logo, if their are any amendments that need to be made, these will need to be completed please. Although this project doesnt guarantee a winner, it is in my best interest to find a winner and a logo we are happy with, so I'm sure with the submissions we can complete this project. The zip file attached contains the information about logo ideas and also the previous rejected logo's. I am still waiting on the client, they are very busy at the moment, but it is 100% still going ahead, as soon as I have feedback from them the prize will be awarded to the winning entry. Once again I apologize for the delay with this, if it was up to me I would get it decided as soon as possible, but unfortunately I am waiting on the client like I say. Thank you for everyones entries, if in time the client changes their mind and comes back and wants to go with a logo that was submitted, I will contact the person who made the logo so we can discuss further.
