I looked at your site again and I can say that it is not possible to do points 13, 15, 16 without editing the code or access to hosting. The remaining points can be done by sending you documents and instructions for corrections. It might be possible to make 13, I'll try to do that as well. From 1 to 12 and 14 points will take 20 hours of work, that is, $700 But I will try to speed up and simplify the tasks somewhere and do it for $500.
