I am seeking an illustrator with strong abilities in creating step-by-step illustrations for an instruction manual. The project will require color illustrations. The freelancer should be able to interpret written instructions into visual steps to make the manual easy to follow. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, or similar digital design tools is a must.
