I have an STL file for a battery box. It consists of a bottom and a top part, that are connected with a simple hinch. On the other side the box is being closed with a latch, see blue circle in image. On April 16th, I received a warning on my Amazon seller account indicating potential patent infringement related to a listing that I had recently joined as a merchant for dropshipping. The listing in question was unlisted from June 2023 to 13 April 2024 and on 14th April "me too" listing offer was activated. On 16th April got a warning from Amazon for patent infringement, upon learning about the potential infringement, I immediately on 16th April deleted the listing and submitted an explanation to Amazon, stating that as a new seller, I was unaware of the violation and took prompt action to rectify the situation.
