I am looking for a stable message broadcast script that sends a voice file, tells them to press 1 or 2 based on a IVR menu and that It will transfer to a vicidial agent queue(IAX) or just a 10 digit phone number. this is project is for SIP, I do prefer using a webgui but if not i am open to looking at other options. please let me know what options we have but I do not want to use vici to send out the messages, in our experience vici has not been stable to do voice broadcast, we rather just use it for regular outbound calling... The softphone would connect to the local user's soundcard for audio input and output and would display a popup inside vtiger when a call comes into asterisk, showing the caller's account information if it exists and if not, would prompt the user to create a new account/contact. Module would also not allow users to use more resources than an equal division of the amount of active campaigns so that we made sure that there were enough sip trunks for the total amount of users.
