15000 Facebook Likes & 200+ Talking about (No Geography filter)

We am willing to pay 5$ for this entire project. I need Facebook like and Talking about from anywhere, geography is not a constrain. I need 15000 Facebook Likes and 200+ talking about in 5$ for our Facebook Page and you must meet all the following criteria. You will not be given access as an administrator to our Facebook Account or back-end control. Project should be completed within 30 days CONDITIONS: - All likes and talking abouts must be from people who have at least 50+ friends in their facebook page - ONLY good practices for inviting people to like our page. You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted. Again, if our page gets banned for too many likes too fast you WONT GET PAID - All likes must be legitimate people with active facebook pages (no fake accounts). - All fans who like our page or put some comment on the page must have status updates that go back maximum of 15 days.
