Hello Team, I have around 9 years of experience in design and development of automotive seating structures. It includes designing of sheet metal components, welding assemblies, welding fixtures etc. for sheet metal I am aware of the sheet metal manufacturing guidelines that are to be followed, for welding I am aware of the welding sign off that. Is required( like minimum weld lengths, start of weld end of weld and effective weld length ) in addition to this I have also experience in fastener sign off. I have also carried out welding gun clearance study. In addition to above I can perform additional studies that will be required in cad after building the cad model. The above mentioned timeline is tentative, depending upon detailed scope of work we can discuss the final timeline and milestones.
