Scrape Bot for Google Play iPhone iPad

HI there, I need scraping professionals (LONG TERM) to create a bot for a directory website that will scrape complete store apps in different countries. Google Play, iPhone, iPad. Found some open source info for android [login to view URL] using ruby but you can do more research. Please note, google play, apple, etc... does not display all 1M apps so you must create some type of algo that will help you discover apps via searches maybe using one letter of complete alphabet for each category and/or mass amount of keywords. If you know how to do this, you can request me for a text file that shows you fields we need to scrape. All funds are release upon delivery of 100% tested/working project.
