CDA to WMA simple software converter

Hello , I need to have a software for convert audio track on cd or dvd ( .cda ) to wma hi quality . You can see an image in attachment . need to have only 1 button ( for copy/pause the files ) and need to set the wma folder output . need to have this software in english and in italian also the same language on installation file , so if provider can build a software in english with external text setting will be better and I can translate it in italian by muself . this software will be free so can't pay a lot , my badget is less then 100 USD . Before start work I will send graphic parts for build the software . thank you Andrea
