ASP .NET admin page modification needed

Currently the admin page on this real estate web site only allows editing of existing property listings. We need to be able to also add new listings as well on the admin page (images and copy) while keeping each property on it's own page when viewing it's details. Also, the site was moved to a new host recently (network solutions) and now there are errors because of the permission level needs to be adjusted, see the error below when clicking within the site: Description: The application attempted to perform an operation not allowed by the security policy. To grant this application the required permission please contact your system administrator or change the application's trust level in the configuration file. The error will need to be fixed immediately when you are chosen. The admin functionality needs to be completed within 1 week, no more. Budget is $125.
