I am looking for quotes on a single developer or a firm to develop a purely ASP and MS-SQL based version of FullXML, the open source portal and content management system. No XML or XSLT, all database driven with dynamic ASP. Prefer someone already versed in FullXML and all of it's nuances and capabilities. This finished product must be 100% error free, EXACTLY like FullXML, and will be a work for hire. No references or portfolio entries will be permitted with this project. Do not submit a proposal if you usually submit blanket proposals just to get the job. This is a large project, and I am looking for a pro.
