Communicator web access

Hi, We currently have a communicator web access 2007 R2 deployed. We need someone with experience to help up customize it. If you don't know what your doing, dont post. We need to change a lot of things. We can do most of the graphical elements. Our main goal is to make it a lot less clunky, and more user friendly. We need most of these things, dont worry if you can't do them all, apart from the tabbed windows. We need this. *Custom page titles *Possibly custom urls, instead of /cwa/clientversion4398349 etc (this isn't top priority) *When someone signs in, is it possible not to have to allow popups? *Conversation windows, we want all the crap at the top removed, such as the app sharing buttons. We only want the meeting roster left at the top. Atm, each conversation opens in a new window. We need to have it so the first one opens in a new window, but the rest then open in a tab as a child of the first one. The presence icon must then be the favicon. *Get rid of all the links at the top. We just need "sign out" I will send you a neatly written pdf, containing everything in more detail. Needs to be done my midnight friday. *Possibly some font changes (not important) All for £20 only. Thats all im paying.
