I have a few small questions about an S-Corp that I just started with only one owner and me as the employee. I do two different types of services and business. I'm an Uber driver which I received a 1099 and I'm a Amazon seller which I sell general merchandize online. Im still in the process in creating a DBA for one the business. Should I continue and create one or leave it alone? Will I have to get paid by both companies S-Corp and DBA? The main reasons I did an S-Corp was to save on Self-Employement tax and Mainly because we will be trying to get a Mortgage soon. Banks usually want a W-2 and check stubs. Last year my 1040 AGI was about $16,000 because of my milage deductions. How do you recommend of getting paid? How should I deduct or report my milage? (I drive about 200 miles daily * $.54 = $108 deduction, I make about $175 -$225 a day)
