Data entry expert needed

I need a data entry person to work my projects. He/She browses the website and find email to send some materials to my potential clients. He/She will be paid for each qualified email. Need to send report everyday with list of emails send. This will be a long term project. Please send me your skill set to find emails and send a email with a content and subject. We will pay 8 cent per email (finding the email id & sending the content). Based on how many email you sent. You will be paid Bi-Weekly. Pls let me know what is your usual online time? You need to prompt in responding.
