Amazon Seller Central - Script to Extract Data From Amazon Using Their API's

We need a script designed to extract specific information from Amazon using their API's We sell products on Amazon and when a customer places an Amazon order for our product(s), we personally call that customer. We use a service that makes outbound voip telephone calls for us, but it requires that we upload a CSV file with the appropriate call data. We would like to automate the DAILY process of extracting the appropriate data from Amazon -and- uploading the CSV file via ftp. We can manually download a daily text file from Amazon that contains MOST of the data we need except for the customer's phone number ... (see [login to view URL]). Also, we have another problem because this text file does NOT tell us if the customer has ordered from us before. An important note regarding the "example_Amazon_order_download" spreadsheet: IF the buyer orders two or more items, that spreadsheet will have a separate line for each of the items ordered (even if they are identical). Unfortunately, to retrieve the customer's phone number, we have to look up the amazon-order-id on another screen and manually copy and paste it into the CSV file (see [login to view URL]) IF the customer has ordered from us before, the order_detail_page will also display a message: "see all X number of orders from this buyer". The first column of the "Data for Outbound Calling CRM" spreadsheet lists the exact data fields contained in the daily text file we download from Amazon, BUT please note that the ship-phone-number field is always blank. The second column of the "Data for Outbound Calling CRM" spreadsheet lists the fields that we need to upload via ftp to the voip telephone service ... BUT please note that as described earlier, we need to get the "ship-phone-number" and the "date(s) of prior orders" from another webpage on Amazon. Regarding the "quantity-shipped" field, if the customer has ordered more than 1 of the same item, you would determine the exact quantity, insert the quantity in that field and delete the duplicate records. Regarding the "multiple items ordered Y/N" filed, if the customer order several different items, you would place a "Y" in this field.
