Airplane Mode app built iOS and Android

Hi there, I need a very simple app built that runs in the background to put the phone in Airplane mode automagically and also return it to normal. It’s prob only one nicely designed screen (which I'll do) plus a loading sequence and maybe an app settings page. Anyway the logic flow (in my head) looks like this: 1. Query the various signal strengths from the phone’s brain: cell, WiFi, GPS (in that order). 2. If signal strength is good, then do nothing 3. If signal strength drops to zero for ALL services then switch phone to Airplane Mode and kill all other bg apps (if that’s possible or even desireable? might be a binary setting the user can activate?) 4. If signal strength returns (whatever can be queried whilst in Airplance Mode, maybe GPS?) then switch the phone back to normal ie out of Airplane Mode cheers Zoltan
