Greetings I'll be able to complete this project in 5 working days or less, as you are saying it is a simple animation i guess the most difficult part could be the modelling part, for any standard model or scenario it takes about a day or two to generate and add details as textures and lighting using 3ds Max. In case of a character would be the same, the most complex part would be the texture, it would be done using Mudbox software.
