Animation project - Created character need added animation

Hello I have attached two characters that I need someone to use to create animation. The characters will be used for a website where they will talk and interact with the user on the site. There needs to be an introduction with them and some simple animations on the site with the characters.. Please supply previous animation work ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform The platform needs to be fit for a flash site for the animated characters to speak and be interactive - moving during the flash intro and on pages open
