I hesitate to bid on something so vague, but I'm assuming based on the low budget that it really is extremely simple. Would like to chat for a bit before agreeing to do it though, just in case. I'm confident I can do it (my day job is as a motion designer working in After Effects), just want to make sure it's not going to take longer than the budget allows for.
