ASP.net small team or fast coder ASAP

We need someone to create some asp.net page based on the attached diagram and excel sheet. DB must be ms sql the excel sheet shows how the tables should be related The two main pages are New Home Sales and Resale Home sales You will see in the excel document the type of input for each field in the db, you will need to use validations for phone and email. User will fill page for New or Resale home and there will be popups to find the customer, listing agent, sales manager ect.. then they will select the record to associate with the New or resale home and it will close. If record is not in the popup then they will add to that table, choose, then close to insert each "DD w/admin" you see in the excel is a drop down selection that will need to have a way that the admin of the system can add/edit/delete. each table will need add/edit We need this asap and I will be online to answer any questions during this project ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
