Backlinks From PR3 sites or better

I'm looking for 200 permanent back links from PR3 or greater sites These would be do follow links, non pharma, gamling etc sites. At the end of the project I would like a list of links in a spreadsheet to allow me to double check them. bid only if you are good at this work and have done this before.
