Content Lead and Content Writers (Long Term Project)

We have a career advise cum leading job portal and looking for a full time Content Lead. She/he will look after entire content development, editing, design and publishing by building a team. We are in the beginning stages and starting up, creating a brand worth knowing and developing content that people love & recommend. As a Content Lead, you have the opportunity to help shape this startup into something remarkable. If you are ready to jump into our world, then let's get started! Responsibilities: What does your position entail? Develop a content roadmap. Build and lead a team of 5 to develop coherent content matching org's style. Editing gathered content & work with design. Writing at least two posts per week. During your first month, you will be provided with topics and/or keywords to use in your posts. You will then have the ability to choose topics on your own merit to write about, pertaining to our niche. Generate content ideas, headlines and themes that will capture the attention of potential customers Write, edit and deliver a wide range of content deliverables – including articles, blogs, website copy, press releases, newsletters, e-mail, case studies, video transcripts, whitepapers and more. Participating in our team communication and helping build our business with your ideas! With this post, we are looking for an experienced Content Lead and 4 intermediate content writers with moderate experience.
