Children's book illustration

I am developing a series of children's picture books for Kindle. I am looking for an artist or illustrator to design the cover , book and title etc. I would like illustrations which look 'soft' , not cartoon - like. The books are centred around two dogs and are 24 pages long. I am hoping to build a long relationship with the successful applicant as I hope to develop a series. Illustrations must conform to Amazons guideleines. A familiarity of Australian culture,flora, fauna and landscapes will be very advantageous. Please provide portfolio samples.
