Hi: We need a patch for ConfBridge (Asterisk X) that should send an AMI event about the level of energy of the speaker. We need to know how high a speaker is speaking and build something basd on such an AMI event. Note: It is not just talker detection. Talker detection tells whether a person is speaking or not, but not how high this person is speaking. Thanks

I can do this for you, but not within the budget you have specific. This work would involve recording the audio and then doing analysis on the audio to find out the peak sound and then taking the desired action. It is a hard problem, and involves sound processing. The above bid is an indication, actual will be different once the exact scope is nailed down. I also need a voice sample that has a point where you can indicate high energy. My asterisk experience is in PMB.

This project will require extensive testing in real-time in order to determine accurate indicators for table lookups of specific audio sections within the audio sample taken.. This can be accomplished, but not in your budget. This will require an hourly billing rate, and a commitment on the part of the poster. I am eager to work on this project, however, we must agree to the terms stated.
