Hi there! I do audio editing and restoration on a daily basis as an audio engineer / editor of the Argentine National Public Radio as well as the main engineer for an important indie label with over 20 music albums edited. You can check my ratings (all of them 5-star) some of them related to audio editing and restoration. I also invite you to visit our portfolio to evaluate the work quality. There is no way in advance to tell whether a sound recording can be significantly restored or not, and if it is the case, to what extent. Similarly, there are many approaches and tools that can be used to restore an audio file. I have most of these tools and I use them regularly. Having said that, I would appreciate if you can give me the Dropbox link and I would take a random sample of it to perform the best restoration possible.
