I also mix and master my compositions by myself, so I could help you, but it really depends on the quality of your audio track. I usually charge $10 USD for a standard 3 minutes track for mixing and mastering, so, I don't think I could charge you anything for your 2 seconds voice track which will take a couple of minutes at most to clean up.
