I'm looking for a freelancer proficient in AutoCAD to reproduce plans, elevations and sections from scanned drawing sheets. The scanned drawing sheets can be viewed here: [login to view URL] Master CAD file and Plot Style will be provided to the successful freelancer. This job will require the freelancer to reproduce the following line drawings: 1. GROUND FLOOR PLAN: - Accurately redraw ground floor plan using dimensions included on the drawing. Show room names. - Include boundary line with associated text labels, street & neighbouring buildings taken from site plan. 2. UPPER FLOOR PLAN - Accurately redraw upper floor plan using dimensions included on the drawing. Show room names. 3. ELEVATIONS - Accurately redraw elevations using plans and level dimensions for reference. 4. SECTIONS - Accurately redraw sections using dimensions included on the drawing. Show room names. First floor structure and roof structure does NOT need to be included. FOR ALL DRAWINGS: - Drawings must be drawn at 1:1 scale, in mm (metric), using the master CAD file and plot style provided. - Files must be prepared to be compatible with AutoCAD 2013. - Plans must be drawn in individual files, with bottom left, external corner of building at ground floor located at origin (0,0,0) to enable easy stacking of xrefs. - Elevations and Sections can be drawn in the same file, drawn in one line with consistent ground line. - Reproduction of text notes, window/door numbers, site statistics and dimensions is NOT required. - Use polylines for all external walls in plan and door/window outlines in elevation/section. Payment Milestones: 100% of payment will be released following review of the completed work. Thanks in advance.
