Hi, I was quite happy to read your project this morning, because I've recently closed a two projects on a 350 m2 apartment in Cyprus and I really enjojed it. I would love to take on a second similar project like yours. This recent project was in two parts, first was the design, tiling and BOQ for 5 bathrooms and one kitchen. The client was very satified and rehired me for the design of the entire apartment right after. This second part involved a great deal of custom made cabinetry, walk in wardrobes - including tecnical drawings. I'm an architect and I work as a cenographist in Brazil/sao paulo, and because of that i deal with croquis and handdrawing all the time, transforming it in technical work and sending this draws to the constructor of the job. never had any trouble or complains about the graphic weight or understanding the draw.
