I have experience with that, I worked these things earlier. I drew you a logo in AutoCAD identical as pictured. In autocad deserted possibility to add images, and could draw the spline over it and recorded as DXF. Using the DXF file to be able to cut the logo. I am a mechanical engineer with over 6 years experience in the construction of steel parts and assemblies.
