Modelling in 3D an office building and incorporating the model on a real

We are a real estate company which focuses on development in Switzerland. We made the acquisition of a car showroom (Peugeot) and a petrol station in a city next to Geneva called Gland. We are going to demolish the current building and build a new office building instead. We have received the floor plan and a little sketch from our architect but now we would like to render an image in 3D and incorporate it into the landscape.
