Project Description: We have an existing optical shop. We want to expand the shop by taking the adjacent space, and redesigning the complete shop. Optical shop means services of: eye exams, prescription frames, sunglasses, contact lenses. We need an architect to design the new space. We have a list of criteria that we need for the shop. I will give more details to bidders I find interesting. We need this project in phases, and we want for bidders to bid by each phase. PHASE 1: *Interior floor plan drawing, showing full layout. *layout should be in full detail. PHASE 2: *axonometric drawing *realistic 3d renderings for interior - 4 renderings showing all the elements of the interior design *realistic 3d renderings for exterior - 2 renderings showing site specific exterior frontage *to include all, floors, ceiling, lighting, furniture, displays, signage etc. PHASE 3: *construction drawings *millwork drawings *electrical drawings *hvac drawings If you are interested in this project, please send your portfolio. If you have experience with retail shop design, please send portfolio showing previous work. If I like your work, I will send you more details. ALL BIDDERS: *MUST HAVE FEEDBACK. *MUST SHOW OTHER WORK OR PORTFOLIO WITH BID. *WINNING BIDDER WILL MAKE CHANGES TO DESIGN IF WE ARE NOT SATISFIED. *ESCROW WILL ONLY BE RELEASED AFTER ALL IS COMPLETED WITH OUR SATISFACTION. IF WE ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK, WE WILL NOT PAY.
