Advise on Affiliate marketing technology

We work with a number of merchants in the UK and international markets tracking the desktop and mobile adverts place by affiliates on a CPA basis. We're looking for someone with an in depth knowledge of Affiliate marketing and in particular the technical techniques used to avoid tracking to give a better understanding when developing discovery and monitoring tools.
