Set Up Email Marketing System

I am looking for someone to set up an email marketing system to help me cold email companies This is just for COLD EMAILING, not a newsletter. I am working with a client, let us assume for now that they are called [login to view URL] I have an email list of 200 emails, and I want to create an email account on [login to view URL] that we'll call sales@[login to view URL] We are then going to send 200 emails to different companies through the sales@[login to view URL] BUT i do not want to get their email server blocked on Gmail and Yahoo... How can we go around this problem? I was thinking we set up sales@[login to view URL] on some email hosting service. And, then we set up an SMTP with a service that allows cold emailing businesses. Please let us know of your approach for this and the SMTP that you would recommend that we use. Alternative ideas are accepted. You can also apply for this role if you host SMTP services. I would like to send the emails through a mail merge.
