code needed to access & average Amazon sales figures

Amazon book rankings change every hour, which makes it very difficult to figure out how well your book is doing on a consistent basis. I need someone who will write me a set of automated code that will check my Amazon ranking every hour, and email me, or post on a webpage, the 24hr daily and monthly averages. If you write it in a common language such as java or C++ I can compile the code and host it on my Red Hat server. Or if you send me a platform-independent executable, I can just host that instead.
