User Requirements Automated Tool to do The following: This must be a full solution, I want to input the PDF and be delivered with an OUTPUT matching the description below: Once this tool is established it will be re-used for hundreds of PDFs that have the same format as the posted sample. Convert PDF to word with the following margins: o Top, Bottom, Left and Right 2.54cm; Header 2.54cm and Footer 1.78cm Information in PDF header and Footer to be retained, only the data is required. Header and footer graphics in PDF to be removed. Word document to be locked so that it can’t be edited. o This function will have to have some administrative over ride so that the system administrator can edit the document.

What you are looking for is someone to create a program for you, not someone to convert the information and make it accessible for administrative purposes. What you are asking can be done. The program is called "able to extract". However, anything that doesn't convert properly will need manual revising. This is the only tool that is available, if this is not what you are looking for then change your ad to reflect a programmer not a word processor.
