comparison and recognition audio software (fingerprints matching)

i have a music library of more then 10000 mp3 and every week I need ot add about 100 new songs on the archive. all the info about songs are in a excel file that contains (artist - title - label - name of the mp3) I record more then 300 radio stations 24/24h and for each of them i create a folder that contains the recorded fragment of 1 minutes or more at 32 or 64 kpbs. i need to compare those fragments of audio files to my music archive to generate the following info: Date of recognition Time of recognition Name of the Radio Country Artist Title Label the software needs to be connected on database MSSQL or MYSQL and webservice with all the info into a preference panel. in the main window i need to have a list ordered by "Date / Time / Artist / Title / LAbel / Radio / Country", the bottoms to load the new fingerprints from a folder or from a file and to load the new mp3 info from the excel file. i'd prefer to have another software to create audio fingeprints and to manage all the files (new, create from folder, delete etc etc) this software has to be able to recognize in some seconds 100.000 songs of 500 radio stations recorded just to have an idea about the codes to use or about the interface see: [login to view URL] [login to view URL]
