C++, OpenGL. Easy project for simple game

Successful freelancer will provide the code in two uncompiled formats, C++ and Objective C, and all code will be fully commented with explanations of what the code achieves. Fully commented to explain function usage, variables passed, etc. This is part 1 of many jobs. Project starts in fullscreen OpenGL. Simple menu displayed with selectable menu items (cursor keys up and down, but also selectable using mouse input). Menu items - LOGIN (placeholder), CONTROL (placeholder), GRAPHICS (allows user to change screen size), SOUND (allows user to increase/decrease volume for sound effects and music). The menu should use either text with alternate text effects to signify menu item hovering and selecting, or image files indicating the menu items (to be replaced later by artist). The code should be provided in uncompiled C++ and Objective C, but fully working when compiled upon receipt.
