Application to sort and combine 2 data files

Hi there We would like a simple windows application developed that will take the data from 2 excel spreadsheets containing horse racing data and combine them into one access database. Each spreadsheet contains mostly different information about each horse race of the day, some information is duplicated and this will need to be sorted and removed. The data must then be sorted so that each race has the correct information about each runner in one row and then this data is insterted into an access database file ( .mdb) We would also like the betfair SP information that is freely available for each runner then added to the database as a final task. The attached .zip file contains an example of how we want this to work in 3 excel files 1) results 2) test-all_OP 3) complete-results files 1 and 2 are the source files to be sorted and combined together in complete-results. You will see I have used some crude methods in excel to make this manual process a little easier however and application that can perform all the tasks would be much more preferable. The xip file also contains a breakdown of how this data needs to be sorted in a .txt file
