Easy excel macro modification

Dear Freelancers, this job is about an easy modification of an excel macro sheet. For a professional it should be a job of 30 minutes. Please have a look at the attached file. If you click in the first row on the 2 buttons “Vorauszahlung” (€ and $) it means prepayment and has a negative value, then the number that appears in column H should be in red color as well. 2.) When you click on one of the money 8 buttons (with € or $ symbol) you will notice that on the right hand side of the form the is a field “Abkurzungen” with means abbreviations. If you click on them the text will be inserted. Please extend the list by following terms: Allowance day rate, Allowance night rate, Visa fee, Airport tax, Train. 5.)
