Preparing linux (+QT) operating correctly on the module Acme Acqua

Full system for me: AT91Bootstrap, u-boot kernel 4.x, rootfs
For each item I need configuration files and a description of the compilation.
The system will run from
a) SD memory card
b) flash memory
c) NFS / TFTP (generally, through the network, any technology, the idea is to simplify running applications on the stage of its creation)
I need a description of the necessary modifications to change the boot mode.
The system need to work with 800x480 TFT display with touch panel
a) resistive with a built-in controller
b) capacitive using controller FT5206 - communication via hardware TWI0/1/2
I need description of necessary modifications to make changes to the type of touch panel.
Construction rootfs using buildroot or yocto. Buildroot for me is easier to configure and therefore preferred.
Make a sample application based on QT (preferred QT5).
The application should start at system boot.
The main window with buttons that display the next window.
Window 1 -> changing the pin output state + Information about the status of one input
Information about the state of input pin updated based on event / interrupt- not through pooling.
Window 2 -> Configure the IP address of the network card.
Changes can be made after system reboot

QT examples should be installed, compiled and operating properly.
This is starting point for me. I suppose in future another tasks will appear.
