Combine ninja trader strategies

I have written ten simple trading strategies at ninja trader and I want to combine them at one strategy with different time frames each one at the same instrument. My position depends of the number of the long and short positions of these ten strategies eg. if 7 strategies are long and 3 short i must be 2 contracts long if 2 strategies are long and 8 short i must be 3 contracts short etc.
