Create a C# based network packet analysis program (done capture packet using SharpPcap framework)

This project is about to create a C# based program that can detect network abnormalities. Currently just need to detect DDoS attack. There will be 3 module: first is capture packet and get the packet details Second is analysis packet whether it is abnormalities/network attack(if got attack just alert user and redirect to report section) last is show the report of the attack details I found the video tutorial on internet and followed it but meet some bug, the video have complete step by step on packet capture ,analysis and reporting. Full coding for reporting and packet capture analysis also provided on video, all need to do is change it to window form application with UI and do the coding for detection. Price can be nego but I cant afford too high bid.
