Unity 3D Tilt Game

My project is about making simple 3D tilt game. What it have to look like is in the attachment. I want a menu for game its look like ; 1-New Game a-) One player (Single player) b-) With Help (Machine learning will help to go finish if player not play it will automaticly try to go finish ) c-) With resistance (Its the reverse of b now machine have to force you to loose) 2-) Statistics (its take a time how much take your finish). 3-) Exıt The player have to enter a name for play game.
