Your task is to improve the performance of an existing class by rewriting the class to be more efficient. The entire project is defined in the attached PDF file. A test program has been provided in the attachment that compares the performance of your new class to the existing class. This class processes millions of transactions a second, so your class must be an extremely optimized and much faster than the original class. In your bid, please specify why you are qualified for this assignment and how long it will take you to complete it.
