Zurmo CRM expert

I would like to do a few thing on my Zurmo CRM : - Display arabic characters for my leads (full name are imported with arabic characters) - Add a phone format verifier like : [login to view URL] - Set up the conversion statistics (We are just qualifiying leads, when they become hot, i want the employee to convert them to a qualified lead and so the manager to get the statistic conversion)
