Hi Jerry, Wondering if you're available and interested in this small project. I'm a web designer for 13 years and have this item that just won't work. It's a client's Flash based menu that I tried to convert to mouse-over/layers using java. I think the best and most compatible way would be to use jQuery/CSS. I'm attaching a graphic of the foundation. The "dots" you see would be the hot spots that would mouse over to a small text intro of the link title. I have all the graphics exported as png24 and of course can give you more details if you're available and interested. Please provide estimate. Thank you in advance! ~Lo

I have very long experiences in Javascript, jQuery, CSS, etc. This work is very easy for me (I actually want to do this work for FREE. But the system in Freelancer doesn't allow that).
