Convert Mobiscroll Component to Pure Angular.js

Hi, if you are a good web programmer, this task should be very easy for you. I want you to convert mobiscroll ([login to view URL]) select scroll component into pure Angular.js ( which means you will use angular's jqLite instead of JQuery) - we do not want dependency on JQuery . Also, you have to modify the Time component to show Hours, Minutes and Seconds in 24 H format - HH:MM:SS. You also need to add a label like Hours, Minutes and Seconds. But I want the hours to go upto 48 hours value max. The existing theme and style should work as usual even if you change the css. Pointers - 1. You should send me a working demo before I will accept the deliverable.
